This retreat is specifically designed for those who have experienced emotional pain, trauma, burnout, grief, heartbreak, or significant life challenges and are now ready to begin reconnecting with themselves on a deeper level.

If you find yourself feeling constantly drained, anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally disconnected, or stuck in survival mode, this experience offers a safe and supportive space to slow down, breathe, and heal.

It is for the person who may have already started their self-development journey but knows there is still a deeper layer of healing waiting to be explored — those who are ready to move beyond simply “getting through the day” and step into true emotional recovery, nervous system regulation, and self-reconnection.

A more personal Retreat Experience

After running larger retreats for the last few years, we’ve made the decision to bring our retreats back to The Healing House.

This has always been part of the plan. Over the years we’ve hosted retreat days, sound healing events, breathwork sessions, workshops and coaching here, and it simply feels like the right next step.

Right now, this means we can accommodate a maximum of four guests. Whilst we do have plans to expand in the future, we’d rather start now and create something truly special than wait until everything is perfect.

What this does mean is that you’ll receive a level of support, connection and personal attention that’s difficult to achieve in larger groups.

There is more time for conversation. More time for coaching. More opportunities to ask questions, share experiences, and receive the support you need.

As we continue to grow, The Healing House will grow too. But for now, we’re embracing the beauty of keeping things small, personal and meaningful.

Because sometimes the most powerful transformations happen in the smallest groups.

The villa is located in La Cala de Mijas, easily accessible from Málaga Airport.  Transfers to and from Malaga airports is included.

“What’s the daily schedule like?”

While each day varies, we balance structured activities with free time. A typical day includes:

  • Morning movement and meditation

“Can I come alone?”

Absolutely! Many of our guests come solo and leave with lifelong friendships. In fact we really do encourage it.
