The Healing Reset is an 8-week live group coaching and therapy container created for people recovering from narcissistic or emotionally abusive relationships. It’s not just about talking through what happened.

It’s about healing the root of the impact — in your body, your beliefs, and your nervous system. We’ll use a mix of:

Trauma-informed coaching
Nervous system education and regulation tools
EFT tapping (live and intuitive)
Deep visualisation journeys
Occasional sound healing
And space to process, connect, and be held by other women who get it
